The systems architect. Juan is a full-stack developer and systems-and-procedures architect who has designed and built CRMs for multi-million-dollar corporations. He engineered Desert Wolf's own platform, from the CRM and permit-prospecting engine to the ADU value-analysis tools, so every bid, lead and project runs on one system. A licensed Arizona Realtor with a BS in Business Management and a Master's in Leadership Science from GCU, he also runs ARV analysis and deal strategy so investors protect margin before they ever make an offer.

The capital strategist. Jesus is a licensed mortgage broker with years of active flipping experience and a sharp understanding of how financing impacts ROI. He sources competitive hard money options, structures funding around the project, and helps position end buyers with loan programs that reduce concessions, strengthen closings, and preserve investor profit on the back end.

The operator. Carlos brings ten years in construction, four as an estimator and six as a general contractor, overseeing commercial and residential operations from ground-up developments and tenant improvements to renovations and specialty trades. Skilled in estimating, budgeting, project management and business development, he has led high-performing crews and managed multimillion-dollar projects while building lasting client relationships. At Desert Wolf he coordinates schedules, subcontractors and site visits across active jobs, keeps every estimate tied to real field costs, and is the day-to-day point of contact for clients and trades.
